- Monitor and verify daily inventory across all countries through online platforms, ensuring alignment with actual stock.
- Coordinate with e-store teams to update inventory levels daily and maintain stock accuracy across all websites.
- Request and follow up on the replenishment of best-selling items to ensure continuous product availability online.
- Prepare and submit a bi-monthly inventory report for all countries.
- Verify and confirm all debit/credit transactions in the OTS system from payment gateways (e.g., Tap, Tabby, Tamara, etc.).
- Update product status and quantities on websites to match system records (Product Profile).
- Update COD payment details based on the list received from Airborne (OTS & Airborne).
- Follow up on logistics operations across the GCC, ensuring timely restocking of products and packing materials.
- Prepare monthly stock audit reports.
- Process and follow up on customer refunds as per standard procedure.
- Ensure all departmental policies and procedures are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with the Head of E-Commerce and other relevant departments to achieve organizational goals and targets.
- Manage website and mobile app content, including updating banners, product photos, and textual information as required.
- Oversee all aspects of online operations, including financial tracking, stock coordination, content management, and marketplace interface (Noon, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
- Continuously update inventory, user interface, and newly added products on both Amazon and Noon platforms, ensuring consistent sales growth.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for procurement of online warehouse supplies and promotional (free) items across the GCC.
- Reconcile monthly courier company invoices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of E-Commerce.
