E-Commerce Store Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced E-Commerce Store Manager to oversee and grow our online store specializing in office supplies, electronics, and printer-related products. The role involves managing product listings, coordinating with local suppliers, and executing marketing strategies to maximize sales and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and availability across the online store.
  2. Coordinate with local suppliers to ensure accurate inventory updates and smooth order fulfillment.
  3. Monitor store performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
  4. Collaborate with the content team to enhance product descriptions and improve SEO performance.
  5. Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  6. Prepare regular reports on traffic, sales performance, and marketing KPIs.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience managing e-commerce stores.
  2. Hands on experience with platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar systems.
  3. Strong understanding of supplier coordination and drop shipping operations.
  4. Solid background in digital marketing, including PPC, social media advertising, and analytics.
  5. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  6. Highly organized, detail oriented, and self motivated.
Nice to Have
  1. Previous experience selling electronics, printer consumables, or office supplies.
  2. Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
  3. Basic understanding of technical product specifications (e.g., printer components, ink and toner types)
