Marketing & Sales Manager ( Riyadh)

As Marketing &Sales Manager, you will lead integrated marketing strategies for multiple business units, including Real Estate, F&B, and other commercial operations.

*Responsibilities*
-Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each business division.
-Manage brand positioning, digital marketing, and communication campaigns.
-Support new project launches, feasibility studies, and go‑to‑market plans.
-Collaborate with Real Estate, F&B, Operations, Finance, and HR teams to ensure unified commercial direction.
-Track KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare reports for senior leadership.
-Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective execution.
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
-Have 7–12 years of experience in marketing and sales, ideally within diversified groups.
Strong exposure to Real Estate and/or F&B sectors.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
-Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and brand management.
-Strong project‑management skills.
