E-commerce Store Manager (Shopify)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Store Manager to manage our day-to-day online store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm customer orders via WhatsApp/phone.
• Manage daily order processing and dispatch.
• Handle basic Shopify operations (orders, products, fulfillment, cancellations).
• Coordinate with courier partners for smooth deliveries.
• Track and manage inventory.
• Maintain basic bookkeeping and weekly sales records.
• Handle customer inquiries and after-sales support.
• Monitor order status, returns, and COD refusals.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Assist with product uploads and updates on Shopify.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Shopify.
• Good communication skills (Urdu & English).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Previous e-commerce experience is a plus.
