Job Description

We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Store Operator to manage and support daily operations of our online store in the Pakistani local market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, order management, product listings, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, prices, and inventory.
• Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch with logistics teams.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with suppliers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure accurate order tracking and timely delivery updates.
• Assist in running promotions, discounts, and marketplace campaigns.
• Maintain records and generate basic sales and inventory reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating e-commerce stores in Pakistan.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, or similar marketplaces.
• Good understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily store operations efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing basics.
• Experience handling social media-related e-commerce activities.
• Understanding of local courier and payment systems in Pakistan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
