About the Role
  
  We are seeking a results-oriented E-commerce Supervisor / Manager to lead ANTA’s e-commerce business in the Middle East. This role will take full ownership of the online sales strategy, execution, and performance management across key platforms such as Noon, Amazon, and Namshi. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong data analytics skills, with proven success in driving digital sales in the fashion or footwear industry.
 
   Responsibilities
  
- 
    Business Ownership & Strategy
   
- 
   Develop and execute the overall e-commerce business strategy, including sales targets, growth roadmap, and platform expansion.
  
- 
   Own the annual online P&L, managing revenue, margin, and cost efficiency.
  
- 
   Identify new market opportunities and propose business development initiatives for the region.
  
- 
    Product & Merchandising Management
   
- 
   Lead seasonal assortment planning, pricing structure, and sell-through strategies aligned with brand positioning.
  
- 
   Oversee the full product lifecycle: listing optimization, content accuracy, and inventory management.
  
- 
   Collaborate with HQ for product forecasts, replenishment, and regional assortment needs.
  
- 
    Marketing & Traffic Growth
   
- 
   Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, SEO/SEM, affiliate, and platform promotions.
  
- 
   Optimize customer journey and conversion funnel to enhance online sales and retention.
  
- 
   Manage platform relationships to maximize exposure and secure prime placements during key campaigns.
  
- 
    Data & Performance Management
   
- 
   Monitor KPIs across sales, traffic, conversion, and ROI to ensure sustainable growth.

   Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and improvement plans.
  
- 
   Use data analytics to guide decision-making on pricing, assortment, and campaign investments.
  
- 
    Team Leadership & Collaboration
   
- 
   Lead and coach the e-commerce team, driving accountability and professional development.
  
- 
   Work cross-functionally with marketing, retail, logistics, and finance teams to ensure business alignment.
  
- 
   Build scalable processes and operational standards for future e-commerce expansion.
  
   Qualifications
  
- 
   Minimum 2+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience in the UAE fashion or footwear sector.
  
- 
   Proven experience with Noon and/or Amazon marketplace operations.
  
- 
   Strong understanding of P&L, pricing logic, traffic acquisition, and conversion optimization.
  
- 
   Excellent command of data analysis tools (Excel, BI, Google Analytics).
  
- 
   Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
  
- 
   Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently manage and grow an online business.
