Job Description:

Mercadoen123 LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce company based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Support professional to join our team. As an E-Commerce Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our online customers. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with a passion for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer support via email, live chat, and phone to assist customers with their orders, inquiries, and technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product listings, payment processing, and shipping.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Assist customers with product selection, returns, and exchanges, providing clear guidance through the entire process.
  • Collaborate with the IT and Operations teams to identify and resolve website or system issues affecting the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and support cases in the company’s CRM system.
  • Help manage and update product listings, including descriptions, prices, and availability.
  • Assist in handling customer feedback, ensuring that concerns are addressed, and implementing improvements based on feedback.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure the online store is functioning smoothly, and report any issues to the technical team.
  • Assist with promotional campaigns and marketing efforts by providing support for online promotions, discounts, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide insights on customer preferences and behavior to help improve the overall e-commerce experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce support, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail operations.
  • Experience with e-commerce tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce trends is an advantage.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support software.
  • Familiarity with online payment gateways and shipping processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
