Responsibilities:
**1. **Order Processing:
- Process and dispatch daily orders from platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Jiomart, Shopify, Moglix, and Myntra.
- Ensure timely label generation, invoicing, and shipment handovers.
**2. **Returns Management:
- Track and reconcile RTO and customer returns across all marketplaces.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock movement.
**3. **SPF Claims Management:
- File and follow up on SPF and claim requests for lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments.
- Coordinate with platform support teams for resolution and credit adjustments.
**4. **MIS Reporting & Record Keeping:
- Maintain daily reports of order flow, return status, and claims tracking.
- Prepare and share periodic MIS with management for performance tracking.
**5. **Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure sync between system stock and physical stock.
- Update inward/outward entries, manage SKU records, and flag discrepancies proactively.
**6. **Shipments Scanning:
- Manage scanning of all dispatches and returns to ensure traceability and zero mismatch.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in E-commerce warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Shopify, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS creation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external teams.
