We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented E-commerce Website & Growth Manager (Shopify) to oversee and optimize our e-commerce website performance end-to-end. This role is critical to our growth and requires a deep understanding of SEO, CRO, site speed, technical Shopify management, and analytics. This position reports directly to and works closely with the Director of Graphic Design and Product Development to ensure all website updates, launches, and campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and at a high standard. This role is also ideal for someone who is data-driven, technically proficient, highly organized, and proactive, with a proven track record of improving conversion rates on a Shopify website.SEO, CRO & Performance Optimization
- Execute and manage SEO strategy, including on-page SEO, metadata, site structure, indexing, and performance improvements
- Monitor, maintain, and improve conversion rates, with a consistent target of 2%+ sitewide
- Analyze website performance and user behavior using analytics and optimization tools, including Shopify Analytics, heat-mapping, Shopify apps, and automated workflows to drive continuous improvement across the customer journey.
- Implement conversion rate improvements based on user behavior and data insights
- Optimize page load speed, mobile experience, and overall site performance
- Continuously test, iterate, and refine the website to improve user experience and checkout flow
Shopify Website Management
- Manage all aspects of the Shopify backend
- Execute frequent price changes, promotions, product listings, and homepage/banner, web element updates with precision
- Maintain clean, organized product listings, collections, navigation, and filters
- Manage misprint and clearance listings, ensuring correct pricing, tagging, labeled collections and visibility
- Maintain accurate SKUs, barcodes, and inventory structure
- Ensure campaigns go live at the correct time with all elements tested and approved
Paid Media (Facebook & Meta Ads)
- Plan, build, launch, and manage Facebook / Meta ad campaigns
- Optimize ad performance based on ROAS, CPA, conversion data, and funnel performance
- Coordinate paid traffic strategy with on-site CRO improvements to maximize conversion efficiency
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and creative testing
- Monitor ad performance and provide clear reporting and insights to leadership
Technical & IT Support
- Handle technical troubleshooting, site issues, integrations, and backend configurations
- Support and manage in-house IT needs tied to website, fulfillment, and e-commerce operations, including printers, label systems, barcode tools, software integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Perform HTML/CSS and theme edits as needed
- Maintain clean documentation and organized systems
What Success Looks Like For This Role
- Conversion rates consistently maintained or improve above 2%+
- Measurable improvements in site speed, UX, UI and checkout completion
- Profitable and optimized Facebook ad performance aligned with CRO strategy
- Smooth, accurate execution of launches, campaigns, product listings, user experience, price updates and related
- A highly organized and well-maintained website ecosystem, with clean systems, accurate data, and documented workflows
- Proactive identification of opportunities, issues, and improvements—taking initiative rather than waiting for direction
