JOB KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience as eFX Front office Support Role
- Extensive experience in supporting the top tier Treasury Systems
- Experience with banking industry systems is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Experience in supporting 24x7 systems is desirable and experience in Products i.e Maxxtrader , Refinitv
- Basic skills in Unix command line and SQL Database usage and basic shell scripting
- Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner with other team members. Must have initiative and a positive work attitude and must be a quick learner with a zeal for self-learning. Must be confident, eager and willing to take on new challenges. Must be cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi task.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills accompanied with excellent communication.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· The candidate should possess either a postgraduate degree or qualification in Information Systems / Engineering / Business Administration.
- The candidate should carry a minimum relevant work experience in a Bank or I.T. Company for a minimum of 5-7 years.
- Strong record of stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of the financial markets, trading and banking solutions
- Strong knowledge of the Global Markets products and practices, front-to-end: pricing, limit checks, booking, risk management,
- Candidate must be technically astute and have had relevant exposure and experience with bank systems and processes.
- Strong proven track record of liaising with stakeholders for business requirements, specification documents, testing processes and other relevant information.
- Strong numerical skills coupled with the ability to deliver well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Candidate must display strong verbal and written communication skills.
