E-Invoicing Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Pre-Sales Consultant with strong expertise in E-Invoicing solutions to support business development activities in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to design, demonstrate, and propose compliant e-invoicing solutions aligned with regional regulatory frameworks (e.g., UAE VAT regulations, Peppol standards, and global e-invoicing mandates). This role requires strong functional knowledge, technical understanding, and the ability to engage with CFOs, Finance Teams, IT Heads, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Partner with the Sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored e-invoicing solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Prepare solution architecture, technical proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Design end-to-end e-invoicing workflows including ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Provide effort estimations and implementation scoping.

Regulatory & Compliance Expertise

• Ensure solutions comply with UAE VAT regulations and FTA guidelines.
• Provide advisory on global e-invoicing mandates (e.g., KSA ZATCA, EU Peppol, India IRP, etc.).
• Stay updated with regulatory changes in the GCC and international markets.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Present solutions to C-level executives and finance leadership.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) during client meetings.
• Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to align solutions with business needs.

Documentation & Support

• Develop solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and business process flows.
• Support commercial negotiations with technical clarifications.
• Provide handover documentation to implementation teams post deal closure.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Functional Consulting.
• Strong background in E-Invoicing platforms and digital tax compliance solutions.
• Knowledge of API integrations, XML/UBL formats, and Peppol frameworks.
• Understanding of VAT and tax compliance frameworks in UAE/GCC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the Middle East market.
• Knowledge of KSA Phase 1 & Phase 2 (ZATCA) compliance.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working with cloud-based SaaS platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
