Job Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality video and audio content to support learning and development initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end production process for in-house video and audio projects—from concept development to final delivery.
- Enhance multimedia content by incorporating motion graphics, voiceovers, titles, and other creative elements.
- Collaborate with the e-Learning team to edit, manage, and upload content to the Client's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Maintain a well-organized and accessible digital asset library.
- Review and proof design materials prior to submission to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Effectively prioritize tasks, anticipate challenges, and allocate resources to meet project needs.
- Establish monthly production timelines, goals, and workflows to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards in all aspects of work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in producing and editing educational video/audio content.
- Preferred: Experience collaborating with subject matter experts in healthcare environments.
Skills
- Expertise in producing multimedia content across various formats, including static and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of studio filming requirements and best practices.
- Understanding of lighting and sound recording techniques for diverse settings.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Pay: QAR14,000.00 per month
