E- Learning Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality video and audio content to support learning and development initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end production process for in-house video and audio projects—from concept development to final delivery.
• Enhance multimedia content by incorporating motion graphics, voiceovers, titles, and other creative elements.
• Collaborate with the e-Learning team to edit, manage, and upload content to the Client's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Maintain a well-organized and accessible digital asset library.
• Review and proof design materials prior to submission to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Effectively prioritize tasks, anticipate challenges, and allocate resources to meet project needs.
• Establish monthly production timelines, goals, and workflows to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards in all aspects of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in producing and editing educational video/audio content.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with subject matter experts in healthcare environments.

Skills

• Expertise in producing multimedia content across various formats, including static and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of studio filming requirements and best practices.
• Understanding of lighting and sound recording techniques for diverse settings.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: QAR14,000.00 per month
