Role Overview

This role focuses on learning management system (LMS) administration, course publishing, user management, training coordination, and ensuring timely communication and delivery of learning content to all relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System, including course setup, configuration, publishing, and archiving.
  • Upload, organize, and manage course content (videos, documents, assessments, and multimedia assets) ensuring consistency, accuracy, and version control.
  • Configure course settings such as enrollment rules, access permissions, completion criteria, certifications, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage learner accounts, roles, permissions, and group assignments within the LMS.

Training Operations & Delivery

  • Coordinate the rollout of new and updated training programs, ensuring they are delivered to the correct audiences in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal teams (training, HR, marketing, operations, and management) to schedule courses, align learning objectives, and support training initiatives.
  • Ensure learners and stakeholders are notified of course launches, updates, deadlines, and completion requirements via LMS notifications, email, or internal communication channels.
  • Support instructors, trainers, and subject matter experts with LMS usage, content uploads, and course administration.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor course performance, learner progress, completion rates, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform regular audits of LMS content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and documentation for internal review, audits, or external compliance requirements.

Content Support & Enhancement

  • Work closely with content creators and subject matter experts to ensure learning materials are structured, learner-focused, and operationally effective.
  • Assist in the development of assessments, quizzes, and certification pathways within the LMS.
  • Implement best practices for digital learning delivery, usability, and learner engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in LMS administration, training coordination, or e-learning operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of LMS platforms, online training workflows, and digital learning environments.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple courses, learners, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using LMS reports and learner analytics.
