E-Learning Systems Administrator

As an E-Learning Systems Administrator at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for the management and support of our e-learning platforms and systems. Your primary duties will include the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of e-learning software and applications. You will ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for all users by providing technical support, managing content, and collaborating with instructional designers to enhance the delivery of educational material.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain e-learning management systems, ensuring high availability and performance
• Assist with the installation and configuration of e-learning software applications and related tools
• Provide technical support and training to instructors and learners on the use of e-learning platforms
• Manage online course creation, content upload, and user access permissions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-learning systems
• Collaborate with instructional designers to implement updates and enhancements to the e-learning content and systems
• Monitor system usage and analyze performance data to optimize e-learning delivery
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional technologies
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in administering e-learning systems or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies
• Experience with content authoring tools and multimedia software
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and practices is a plus
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas
• Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards for e-learning content
• Experience with analytics tools to track e-learning effectiveness and user engagement
• Certifications related to e-learning or instructional design are a bonus
