As an E-Learning Systems Administrator at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for the management and support of our e-learning platforms and systems. Your primary duties will include the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of e-learning software and applications. You will ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for all users by providing technical support, managing content, and collaborating with instructional designers to enhance the delivery of educational material.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain e-learning management systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of e-learning software applications and related tools.
- Provide technical support and training to instructors and learners on the use of e-learning platforms.
- Manage online course creation, content upload, and user access permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-learning systems.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to implement updates and enhancements to the e-learning content and systems.
- Monitor system usage and analyze performance data to optimize e-learning delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional technologies.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in administering e-learning systems or similar platforms.

- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
