What you will do

The online merchandiser will play a significant role in driving fundamentals, sales and conversions, by creating a best-in-class digital shelf execution at eCom Platform. The responsibilities are content set up, you will be responsible for building and merchandising digital content, ensuring the content is presented with quality and accuracy availability control, search monitoring, promotions operations. In addition, developing and executing eMerchandising strategy for the Kenvue brands to engage and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management and day-to-day digital shelf operations, execute fundamentals to achieve digital shelf score card targets
• Manage new product uploads, category build, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities. Prepare content templates as per customers’ requirements.
• Measure content score, define gaps and work closely with brand team and eContent team to fill gaps and improve scoring
• Develop merchandising plans based on customer insights, brand strategy, ecommerce goals and initiatives to achieve substantial uplifts in NTS revenue.
• Perform monthly assortment gap analysis, connect customer, share listing content to fix listing gaps
• Monitor, track, report and fix content accuracy scoring across all eCommerce platforms
• Monitor digital shelf availability, report OOS to improve fill rate
• Constantly monitor site search and navigation on the site, making sure that Kenvue brands are winning on search, make suggestions and implement these to maximize conversion
• Work cross functionally with content, creative agency to get the right content and share it with customers
• Update digital shelf master data to ensure measuring compliance
• Reporting on e-Commerce performance, including KPI’s, providing data driven insight and conducting deep dives were needed

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• +3 Years FMCG eCommerce or digital experience in multinational company
• Strong experience of eCommerce media is a must with a proven track record of media insights creation
• Solid leadership & strategic thinking

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, digital marketing, or any related degree. MBA from a reputable school would be preferred.
• Strong digital, analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Ability to work within a diverse (culturally, functionally & geographically) environment.
