E-Retail Channel Developer

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

The E-Retail Channel Developer is responsible for driving sales growth, service excellence, and operational efficiency across E-Retail channel. The role owns the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensures delivery in full and on time, minimizes returns, and delivers a best-in-class consumer experience. Additionally, the role builds channel strategy, recruits new consumers, enhances product mix, and develops loyalty programs to drive sustainable growth.


ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel Growth & Sales Performance

  • Drive E-Retail sales performance, achieving all relevant Key Business Indicators (KBIs) .
  • Execute and implement channel activation strategies in line with the overall commercial plan.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within emerging digital platforms to grow the consumer base.
  • Build and execute E-Retail channel strategy, including assortment optimization, pricing, promotions, and consumer recruitment.

Operations & Service Excellence

  • Own E-Retail operations end-to-end, from order placement to final delivery to customers.
  • Ensure delivery in full and on time (DIFOT) while targeting zero returns through strong execution and quality control.
  • Monitor service levels and continuously improve delivery performance and customer experience.
  • Handle all operational and on-ground issues requiring intervention from internal support functions (Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing, Quality, Collections, etc.).
  • Identify new and innovative ways to recruit, engage, and retain consumers across digital touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing to design and execute E-Retail specific campaigns and activations, to deliver the commercial strategy.
  • Partner with Finance to monitor channel investments, control spend, and ensure profitability.
  • Work closely with Insights and Digital teams to extract actionable recommendations and improve channel performance.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on channel performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including insights, risks, opportunities, and future action plans.
  • Track KPIs related to sales, service levels, delivery performance, returns, and consumer satisfaction.


ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or equivalent education
  • 1–2 years of relevant business experience
  • Strong understanding of E‑Retail business models and end‑to‑end operational management
  • Solid commercial acumen , supported by strong analytical, reporting, and data‑interpretation skills
  • Consumer‑centric, results‑oriented mindset with a clear focus on service excellence , execution, and continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills , with the ability to influence at multiple levels
  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities with a hands‑on, execution‑driven approach and effective time management
  • Experience in digital commerce, telesales, or last‑mile delivery is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
