Key Responsibilities

Tender Identification & Monitoring

Track relevant tenders on Kerala government portals (eProc Kerala, CPPP, GeM, departmental portals, PSU portals).

Identify opportunities specifically related to Solar EPC, OPEX model, energy efficiency, and infrastructure projects.

Bid Preparation & Submission

Manage the full lifecycle of tender documentation—technical, financial, and administrative.

Ensure bids are error-free, fully compliant, and submitted within deadlines.

Coordination & Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and management for required inputs.

Coordinate with consultants, certification bodies, and partner companies when needed.

Pre-Bid Activities

Attend pre-bid meetings (virtual or in-person).

Prepare technical/commercial clarifications and ensure alignment with tender specifications.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain an updated repository of all standard documents:

Registrations & certifications

MSME, PAN, GST, ISO

Past work orders, completion certificates

Financial statements and technical credentials

Market Intelligence

Track competitor bidding patterns and pricing trends.

Conduct win/loss analysis to improve future bidding strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Experience

2–4 years of experience in e-tendering, preferably in Renewable Energy, Solar

EPC, or Infrastructure.

  • Experience working with Kerala procurement systems is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of government e-procurement portals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PDF editors, and documentation tools.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, and bid structures.

Behavioral Skills

  • Exceptional coordination and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in Solar EPC / OPEX / Group Captive tendering.
  • Exposure to public-sector bidding in Kerala (KSEBL, ANERT, govt departments).
  • Familiarity with financial bid formats and project estimation basics
