Job Overview

We are seeking an E2E Coordinator to act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for multi-service backhaul network projects. The role requires strong knowledge of transport network planning (fiber, IP, DWDM, xWDM), project coordination across stakeholders, and the ability to ensure efficient rollout in line with Telefónica Germany’s specifications.

This role is highly coordination-driven, requiring excellent organizational skills, German fluency, and familiarity with network planning tools and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC per POC cluster, ensuring smooth coordination across projects.
• Coordinate all transport-related projects (fiber, JSL, DWDM, IP, etc.) with partners and subcontractors.
• Act as the interface between subcontractors and rollout phases, managing incoming information.
• Ensure daily updates of target, plan, and actual status values.
• Consider landlord concerns and collaborate with the Real Estate department.
• Organize and conduct coordination meetings (outside of agile ceremonies when required).
• Identify risks, implement countermeasures, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide SLA-based reporting on subcontractor performance and weekly project status.
• Generate weekly forecasts and reports based on multi-project monitoring (target/plan/actual) and highlight deviations.
• Ensure integration completion when the final network element is operational according to planning specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Degree in Telecommunications, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecom project coordination or network planning.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Multi-service backhaul network planning (Fiber, IP, xWDM).

  • Planning specifications in telecom networks.

  • Handling geographical coordinates.

  • Tools: MS Office (incl. Visio), iQ.Link, APT, X:Akta, UTS, Net-Site / Digis / Net-Site DSM.

• Agile: Experience with Scrum, Spotify, or similar agile methods.
• Soft Skills: Independent decision-making, strong risk management, proactive communication.
• Languages: German (required, B2–C1).
