The End-to-End Telecom Solution Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering complex telecom solutions across the entire ecosystem, including BSS, OSS, network, and digital channels.
This role ensures seamless integration across key systems such as CRM, billing, charging, mediation, provisioning, service assurance, and network operations. It requires a strong blend of technical expertise, architectural vision, and stakeholder management within multi-vendor environments.

Design and implement end-to-end telecom architectures covering BSS, OSS, and network domains

Ensure seamless system integration across CRM, Billing, Charging, Mediation, Provisioning, and Order Orchestration platforms

Define and govern architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices

Lead solution design for large-scale telecom transformation and delivery programs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, and vendors

Ensure alignment with telecom process frameworks across customer, service, and network layers

Drive API-led and microservices-based architecture strategies

Oversee OSS capabilities including service fulfilment, assurance, and inventory management

Engage in customer-facing discussions to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

10+ years of experience in telecom architecture, with a focus on end-to-end solution design and delivery

Strong understanding of telecom processes across customer, service, and network domains
