What You’ll Do
- Report directly to the Founder/CEO and manage his calendar, inbox, and priorities
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Support the leadership team with administrative and operational tasks
- Track and organize monthly spending and budgets
- Assist with light AP/AR tasks like vendor setup and payment coordination
- Support sales, customer success, and marketing teams with logistics and coordination
- Plan and execute company events, including leadership retreats and team gatherings
- Handle HR administration like onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits
- Serve as an ambassador of Ovation—fostering organization, positivity, and hospitality
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration, coordination, or operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with ambiguity and resourceful in solving problems
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, etc.)
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
- Positive energy and a “how can I help?” mindset
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year

Location
- Primarily remote, but must be Utah County–based and available to visit the Lehi area about once per week for tasks like mail, swag, or meetings
- Occasional weekend availability may be required for special events or time-sensitive needs
