About the Organization:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Director in managing day-to-day operations, communication, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical or healthcare field, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director.
  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the Director.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Assist in operational planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Liaise with department heads, consultants, and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Support recruitment coordination, HR documentation, and vendor communication when required.
  • Maintain files, records, and databases systematically.
  • Follow up on assigned projects and ensure timely completion.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and hospital/diagnostic centre operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital scheduling tools.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience supporting senior management or Director-level executives.
  • Knowledge of HR and administrative coordination in a healthcare setup.
  • Familiarity with hospital management systems or healthcare software.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
