EA to CEO

Lahore, Pakistan

The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to the Group Owner & CEO, providing strategic, business, and communication support. This role goes beyond traditional secretarial tasks — the EA will assist in business analysis, financial reviews, investor communication, and strategic project coordination across multiple sectors (real estate, petrochemicals, trade finance, manufacturing, and technology ventures).

The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional English communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to handle confidential and complex matters with maturity, discretion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support & Coordination

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, prioritize meetings, and ensure preparation for engagements.
  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and speeches in flawless English.
  • Represent the CEO’s office in professional communication with investors, regulators, lawyers, and government officials.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior management teams across group companies.

2. Business & Financial Support

  • Review financial models, reports, and investment proposals before submission to CEO.
  • Summarize complex data into concise executive briefs.
  • Track performance of ongoing projects and prepare status dashboards.
  • Support in trade finance, M&A, and strategic partnerships documentation.

3. Strategic & Project Support

  • Research market trends, competitors, and opportunities for new ventures.
  • Prepare business briefs, investor decks, and due diligence summaries.
  • Monitor execution of CEO’s strategic directives across departments.
  • Support negotiations by preparing talking points, background notes, and follow-up actions.

4. Communication & Relationship Management

  • Maintain CEO’s professional image through high-level correspondence and public communication.
  • Assist in managing relationships with diplomatic missions, investors, global partners, and regulators.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest degree of discretion.

Key RequirementsEssential

  • Outstanding English communication skills (written & spoken; tested during recruitment).
  • Strong understanding of business, finance, and strategy.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of MS Office, Google Workspace, and business communication tools.

Preferred Backgrounds (Two Tracks):

Track 1 – Experienced Candidates

  • MBA/ACCA/ACA/Finance background with 5–8 years’ experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or executive support.
  • Experience in supporting C-Suite leaders or family offices is a plus.

Track 2 – High-Potential Candidates (A/O-Level)

  • A/O-Level with exceptional English + additional diploma/certification in Business, Finance, or Communication.
  • 2–4 years’ exposure in executive support, business coordination, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong analytical and learning ability with ambition to grow into Chief of Staff role.

Job Type: Full-time
