Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support:
o Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
o Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
2. Administrative Support: Provide executive-level support to [executive(s)], including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
3. Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.) and prioritize as necessary.
4. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the executive(s). Ensure documents are accurate, organized, and timely.
5. Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and events. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
6. Project Management: Assist in coordinating and executing various special projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
7. Travel Management: Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and teams.
8. Expense Management: Track and process expenses for executives and prepare reports as necessary.
9. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
10. Technology Proficiency: Proficient in a variety of computer software applications, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative.
