Position: EA (Executive Assistant) to Director.

Experience: 4+ Yrs

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate internal/external meetings, logistics, and agenda preparation.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings.
  • Manage emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Prepare and track expense reports, reimbursements, and financial records.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestone tracking.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests.
  • Daily reporting, scheduling updates, and maintaining work diary.
  • Additional tasks such as closing cabin windows/curtains, updating rent status monthly, sending daily schedule SMS, etc.
