Position: EA (Executive Assistant) to Director.
Experience: 4+ Yrs
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate internal/external meetings, logistics, and agenda preparation.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings.
- Manage emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Prepare and track expense reports, reimbursements, and financial records.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestone tracking.
- Maintain communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests.
- Daily reporting, scheduling updates, and maintaining work diary.
- Additional tasks such as closing cabin windows/curtains, updating rent status monthly, sending daily schedule SMS, etc.
