Key Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule appointments for the Director
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally
- Plan meetings and prepare detailed minutes
- Scan documents, prepare proposals, and maintain organized filing
- Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, and other correspondence
- Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedules, and appointments efficiently
- Make travel arrangements, including booking tickets and accommodations
- Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Professional attitude, discipline, and attention to detail
