Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule appointments for the Director
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally
  • Plan meetings and prepare detailed minutes
  • Scan documents, prepare proposals, and maintain organized filing
  • Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, and other correspondence
  • Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records
  • Manage the Director’s calendar, schedules, and appointments efficiently
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking tickets and accommodations
  • Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Professional attitude, discipline, and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹33,000.00 per month
