EAM Lead

Role Purpose

Manages the EAM/CAFM/CMMS platform, asset data, work orders, workflows and reporting.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Administer EAM system; manage asset hierarchy, job plans, PM schedules, mobile workflows, user permissions, dashboards, data quality and training; support integration with performance and asset management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering, IT, Systems or FM.

Experience

10+ years in CMMS/EAM, preferably Maximo, SAP PM, Infor or similar.

Required Courses / Certifications

Maximo/SAP PM/CMMS training; ISO 55001 awareness; data management; reporting tools; workflow management.

Language

Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
