About the Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical EAMS Technician (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) for road operations and maintenance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of road infrastructure assets.

  • Operate and maintain the Enterprise Asset Management System for road infrastructure
  • Collect, analyze, and input data related to road assets and maintenance activities
  • Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making in road operations and maintenance
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection
  • Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies
  • Perform quality checks on data entries and resolve discrepancies
  • Support the integration of GIS data with the EAMS
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of asset management processes and procedures
  • Provide technical support and training to system users as needed


What do we need from you


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in road maintenance
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Asset Management Systems
  • Strong knowledge of road maintenance and operations practices
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with asset management systems
  • Understanding of road infrastructure and maintenance practices
  • Knowledge of asset management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant certifications in asset management or road maintenance (preferred)
  • Willingness to work in Doha, Qatar, and adapt to local work culture
