Ear / Nose Piercer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and hygienic Ear / Nose Piercer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing safe and professional piercings, maintaining high hygiene standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ear and nose piercings safely and professionally
• Follow strict hygiene, sterilization, and safety procedures
• Prepare piercing equipment and work area according to health standards
• Consult with customers to explain procedures, risks, and aftercare
• Provide clear aftercare instructions to clients
• Ensure customer comfort before, during, and after piercing
• Maintain cleanliness of the piercing station and tools
• Accurately document client consent forms
• Upsell piercing jewellery and related products when appropriate

Requirements

• Proven experience as an ear/nose piercer (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control practices
• Certification or training in piercing is an advantage
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Steady hands and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in jewellery shop, salon, or medical-grade piercing environment
• Knowledge of different jewellery materials (gold, silver, medical steel)
• Ability to handle children and first-time clients calmly
