Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic educational environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to the developmental stages of children, incorporating literacy education, math, physical education.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
  • Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and effective behavior management strategies
  • Engage with children through play-based learning, fostering social skills, emotional regulation, and independence
  • Collaborate with families to support each child's individual needs, including special education and early intervention services
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including assessments.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management, and childcare best practices

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methodologies
  • Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning for children
  • Proficiency in working with children across diverse backgrounds and abilities, including special education needs
  • Skilled in classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and engagement
  • Familiarity with early childhood routines and child care operations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and external specialists
  • Knowledge of early literacy education strategies, and teaching physical education techniques
  • Experience with classroom experience management tools and assessment methods such as standardized testing or tutoring approaches
  • Passion for early childhood welfare, child advocacy, and creating nurturing learning environments
