Early Childhood Educator

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities and play.

Duties

• Provide attentive care to children in a safe and supportive environment.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom or childcare area.
• Foster positive relationships with children to encourage their social skills and emotional development.

Requirements

• Experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
• Ability to educate and engage children through creative play and structured activities.
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children are essential qualities.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus but not mandatory at the time of hiring.
