Otto is a modern family club where children grow with curiosity, parents feel supported, and families thrive together. Our play-based programs center on messy play, process art, and sensory exploration — because play isn’t just fun, it’s how kids (and parents) grow forward.

We’re looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and grow with us. This is a part-time opportunity to start, with the plan to transition into a full-time role as we continue building demand and brand awareness. We’re creating something lasting — a place families will love for years to come — and we want the right person on the journey with us.

What You’ll Do

• Lead weekly classes for toddlers & preschoolers centered on sensory play, messy art, and open-ended exploration. Now we are doing ~1-2 classes a week during weekdays.
• Occasionally work on our weekend sessions.
• Foster a warm, welcoming environment where parents feel included and kids feel safe to explore
• Support child-led learning, encouraging curiosity and independence
• Collaborate with our team to design playful, purposeful activities that align with Otto’s mission

Who You Are

• 3+ years experience teaching or leading early childhood programs (toddlers/preschool)
• Familiar with child-led, play-based approaches (Reggio-inspired, Montessori, Waldorf, or similar)
• Comfortable with paint, slime, bubbles, and all things messy and sensory
• Comfortable with a room full of kids and parents at the same time
• Strong communicator who connects easily with both kids and parents
• Excited about being part of a growing brand with long-term vision
