A Step Above Academy has been a licensed childcare center for over 25 years providing quality care and education to children ranging from 6 weeks to 13 years of age. We are currently hiring at our Bonner Springs, KS location for permanent teaching positions. We are looking for teachers who are lead teacher qualified and have prior teaching experience, but this is not a must have.

We offer discount tuition rates, supplemental insurance, and vacation for all of our teachers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with children, experience in an environment with many distractions and distractions at one time, including many activities that are not age appropriate.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff, clients, and family members is imperative.
• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team environment with a goal-oriented atmosphere.
