Early Childhood Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Plan and lead engaging activities that promote physical education, math skills, and overall development.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing individualized attention and support as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the well-being and educational needs of each child are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Follow all daycare policies and procedures to ensure the safety and welfare of all children.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for young children.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

Note: Physical education, math tutoring, nurture, daycare experience, and knowledge of child welfare are highly valued skills in this role.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• No weekends

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
