Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION: Early Childhood Teacher

Qualifications:

• Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification, Bachelor’s Degree or higher with an endorsement in early childhood education (P-3 or P-6).

Essential Duties:

• Create a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth
• Establish effective rapport with students.
• Motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good educational foundation.
• Use technology to motivate students and prepare students for 21st century
• Establish a positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
