Early Childhood Team Member - Licensed Childcare Center

The Goddard School in Independence, Ohio is growing, and we are excited to add caring, dependable, and energetic people to our early childhood team!

We are looking for team members who enjoy working with young children and want to be part of a positive, supportive school environment. This posting is for classroom opportunities with children ages 3 years old and younger, including infants, toddlers, Bridge/young preschool-age children, and floating support positions.

Whether you love the baby snuggles of an infant room, the busy curiosity of toddlers, the growing independence of young preschoolers, or you enjoy helping in different classrooms throughout the day, we would love to hear from you.

Available opportunities may include:

• Infant classroom team members
• Toddler classroom team members
• Young preschool / Bridge classroom team members
• Classroom floaters
• Full-time and part-time positions

What we are looking for:

• A warm, patient, and positive personality
• Someone who truly enjoys working with young children
• Reliability and strong attendance
• Willingness to work as part of a classroom team
• Comfortable communicating with children, families, and coworkers
• Ability to help with daily classroom routines, play, learning activities, meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and supervision
• Experience in a licensed childcare center is preferred
• Experience with infants and toddlers is a plus
