Early Education Aide - For Nurseries (Abu Dhabi Branches)

The Early Education Aide supports teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young learners. The role involves assisting in classroom activities, supervising children, maintaining organization, and supporting children’s overall development.

Location: Abu Dhabi Branches

Salary: 3000 AED

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Supervise children during classroom, play, and outdoor activities to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Support individual learning needs by providing encouragement and guidance.
• Help with classroom setup, organization, and cleanliness.
• Monitor and record children’s behavior, progress, and needs, reporting observations to the teacher.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, rest time, and transitions.
• Promote positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Encourage and model good hygiene, health, and safety practices.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• High School certificate combined with at least two years of practical experience in early childhood care/education, OR completion of an ECCE training program of not less than 100 training hours.
• Certified vocational certificate in early childhood care and education (Cache – Level 2).

Experience:

• Minimum of two years of practical experience in early childhood care/education.
• Immediate joiners only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
