Dare for Tomorrow
is a two-year contracted program, offering enhanced growth opportunities through a well-constructed development program, with a focus on gaining expertise in the related function.


We are looking for a Dare for Tomorrow to join our Supply Chain team in Kocaeli - Suadiye Plant.


  • Online Application (15 May - 7 June):
    You will complete the online application with filling out a brief form including the details of your profile.
  • Video Interview (9 - 15 June): You will complete a video interview consisting of 3 short questions about your motivation and abilities
  • Face-to-Face Assessment (6 - 17 July): You will be invited to a face-to-face assessment at PepsiCo Headquarters where you will experience analyzing a business case in a group discussion
  • Interview (23 - 29 July): You will have a chance to share more about yourself in a meeting with your future line manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track performance in production lines (Basic, Oil, Seasoning Efficiencies, TENE, IPS); conduct performance gap analysis for production lines.
  • Lead and report line IPS Global / Internal audits; drive continuous improvement actions.
  • Communicate with the MOS (Manufacturing Operations Support) team to report production line KPIs, Internal IPS results, and share best practices.
  • Lead effective change management for line capacity increase projects; support and organize production line process improvements across quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Report detected issues related to AIB, FSSC, GMP, Product Safety, Hygiene, and Food Defense to relevant responsible parties.
  • Support R&D for new product trials, launches, and lean six sigma projects.
  • Organize root cause analysis sessions for the team to eliminate downtimes, AIB, and safety-related problems.
  • Participate actively in 4-hourly, daily, and weekly QCDM meetings to improve line KPIs and workflow capabilities.
  • Own plant OPEX and CAPEX agenda; handle CAPEX writing and expense tracking.
  • Provide technical expertise to other TR Snacks sites for production lines.
  • Deliver technical training to production operators to enhance capability; attend required training programs.
  • Follow up on utilities and coordinate actions with the maintenance team; monitor production supply and material stocks.
  • Attend monthly Food Safety, Quality, and H&S meetings; follow up on assigned actions within areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure continuity and improvement of GEHSMS, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System; fulfill all system requirements.
  • Know and fully comply with PepsiCo Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
  • Fulfill all legal and other requirements related to environment, occupational health, and safety.
  • Identify risks and ensure corrective notifications and actions are taken accordingly.
  • Contribute to cross-functional innovation initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum 1 year of working experience (Note that you can apply if you will graduate before August 2026)
  • Bachelor's Degree at Engineering, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Food, Electric & Electronics
  • Fluent in both English and Turkish
  • Agile approach to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
