About the Role:
Kompass Kindergarten Somabay is looking for a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys creating meaningful, play-based learning experiences in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with early years learning frameworks
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain high standards of classroom organization and child wellbeing
• Participate in school events, training, and professional development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Teaching qualification is preferred
• Previous experience in Early Years or Kindergarten is an advantage
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching young learners
