Nursery manager(experience in a nursery or a school is a must) (B2/C1) (new Cairo)

Sparkspreschool is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality education standards, and manage staff and parents’ relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, leadership-oriented, and experienced in early childhood education management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily nursery operations and ensure smooth workflow

Supervise teachers, assistants, and support staff

Ensure compliance with nursery policies, safety, and hygiene standards

Handle parent communication, complaints, and satisfaction

Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance management

Prepare schedules, reports, and operational plans

Maintain a positive learning environment for children

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or similar role

Background in Early Childhood Education is preferred

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Experience in nurseries or preschools is a must
