We are looking for an innovative, dynamic, and creative Senior Graphic Designer self-starter team member to help take our marketing efforts to the next level.

Job Summary

In this role, the successful individual will be an integral part of the marketing team, collaborating with sales and design teams to create innovative visual and descriptive narratives for our portfolio of brands that provoke, inspire, and engage our target audiences. You will be involved in internal and external creative direction including branding, design, video, events, and presentations.

Primary responsibilities

Brand & Campaigns: Lead concepting and execution for product launches and integrated campaigns across web, social, email, print, packaging, trade shows, and sales presentations.
Multi-Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve brand systems for four brands; create toolkits, templates, and guidance to ensure consistency and scale.
Packaging & Print: Design packaging and labels, finalize die lines, prepare print-ready files; proofing, and occasional press checks.
Ecommerce Assets: Produce best-in-class product hero images, lifestyle photography direction, 360s, comparison charts, infographics, and marketplace-compliant image sets.
Photo/Video Direction: Build shot lists, coordinate and help orchestrate shoots, provide on-set guidance; perform light video editing and motion graphics for short-form content.
AI Image Creation: Leverage generative AI tools to concept, create, and enhance product visuals, lifestyle imagery, and campaign assets; integrate AI workflows with traditional design, photography, and retouching to increase speed, scalability, and creative exploration.
Retouching & Composites: Create accurate, on brand photoshop composites and color accurate retouching for product and environment imagery.
Go To Market: Bring products to market and assist in creating brand messaging through labeling, packaging, advertising, photography, and video.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
5+ years’ experience in a related field
Strong written and verbal, communication skills.
A keen eye for aesthetic and visual design.
Effective Multi-tasker: Able to manage projects, prioritize workflow, multi-task, and meet hard deadlines.
Have a strong working knowledge of effective brand communication.
Proficient computer skills with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into design, marketing, and production pipelines while
maintaining brand consistency and quality.
Strong organizational skills, project planning and task management software, ASANA®.· Must have a portfolio ready to share examples of past work and/or creative examples.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 DOE.
