Role Title: Service Engineer – Heavy Machinery

Location: Dubai

Job Purpose

The Service Engineer – Heavy Machinery is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for heavy equipment. The role ensures equipment reliability, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance through effective field operations and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and provide technical support for heavy machinery.
• Perform field service visits and deliver on-site support when required.
• Install, inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment and machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
• Ensure all work follows safety standards and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Work efficiently within a team environment.
• Provide support for Forklifts, Excavators, Aerial Work Platforms, and other earth-moving equipment (mandatory experience).
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Strong technical knowledge and proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for field service.
• Valid driver’s license.
  
  

Experience

• Mandatory experience working with Forklifts, Excavators, Aerial Work Platforms, and heavy earth-moving machinery.
• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and technical field support.
