This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a South Africa, SDAC and East Africa Ultrasound Business Partner Manager (about >20 countries in scope)
Your Role:
- Add value for strategic sales for Ultrasound and package deals
- Accountable for MS gain development within the geography
- The successful management, and execution of all day-to-day sales KPI deliverables
- Funnel review, Forecast review & consolidation for the entire geography
- Create the right synergy with each SHS legal entities for MM & ES business
- Accountable for Ultrasound Equipment & Service Top line
- The position is accountable for monthly / quarterly / yearly Forecast target achievement
- Management and escalation of major deals and Key Accounts in alignment with Management, Sales Ops and Finance
- Managing the weekly equipment backlog review running analytics to drive accuracy in monthly revenue and unit forecasts
- Working closely with the Ultrasound head of sales leader in preparing information and documentation needed for Review and MTA/MBR budget planning sessions

- Profound knowledge of Ultrasound business / Sales management / order processing
- Very good know-how to motivate sales success; sales collaboration; sales via Indirect channels
- Being result oriented, solution oriented, engaged and accountable
- Proven knowhow in Sales forecasting, funnel management, and CRM data analysis
- Solid leader and team enabler
Your Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration/biomedical engineer or a similar field
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in Sales management & in healthcare products; in Ultrasound as mandatory
- English communication skills is mandatory
- Experience in managing a multi-faceted sales operations business and organization strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- Communication skill and network skill with SHS Legal Entities Sales Management
- Africa market experience is mandatory
