Opportunity 1 — Dialysis Transportation & Companionship (Part‑Time)
Client: Maggie Liadis
This client benefits from a caregiver who is punctual, calm, and comfortable providing transportation and light home support. The home environment is quiet, and the client appreciates steady companionship.
You’ll support with:
- Transportation to/from dialysis (Tues, Thurs, Sat)
- Light housekeeping as needed
- General companionship & engagement
- Support with maintaining daily routines
Schedule:
Best fit for: Someone who enjoys structured, predictable days and meaningful one‑to‑one engagement.
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday – dialysis transport

Opportunity 2 — Dementia Support & Incontinence Care (Full‑Day Weekends)
Client: Joyce Jordan — Weekend Schedule
This client benefits from a caregiver who is patient, observant, and confident supporting dementia care and incontinence needs. The home includes a supportive family environment and a preference for female caregivers, though male caregivers will be considered.
You’ll support with:
- Bathing & personal care
- Incontinence care
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship & engagement
- Maintaining calm, structured routines
Schedule:
Best fit for: Someone who is steady, compassionate, and comfortable guiding dementia‑focused routines.
- Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Best fit for: Someone who is steady, compassionate, and comfortable guiding dementia‑focused routines.
Opportunity 3 — Dementia Support & Incontinence Care (Full‑Day Weekdays)
Client: Joyce Jordan — Weekday Schedule
This is the weekday counterpart to the weekend role above. The client’s needs remain the same: dementia care, incontinence support, and full‑day structure.
You’ll support with:
- Bathing & personal care
- Incontinence care
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship & engagement
- Maintaining calm, predictable routines
Schedule:
Best fit for: Someone who thrives in consistent, all‑day dementia support and brings a warm, patient presence.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Must‑Have Skills & Qualities
- Warm, dependable caregiver presence
- Comfortable with personal care & dementia support
- Strong safety awareness
- Patient, encouraging communication style
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, observant, and committed to client dignity
✅ Requirements (Must Have)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
- 18 years or older
- Able to pass background screening
- Physically able to assist with personal care and mobility tasks
