eBay Store Manager (Wholesale Model – UK Market)

About Us

We’re a growing UK-based eCommerce brand selling through eBay and TikTok Shop, primarily using a wholesale and white-label model. Our focus is on sourcing profitable, compliant, and high-demand products within the UK and from China, and scaling our online presence through smart product selection and professional store management.

We’re looking for a skilled eBay & TikTok Shop Manager who can independently run both platforms, manage sourcing, and ensure consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Fully manage and grow our eBay and TikTok Shop stores (listings, pricing, inventory, customer service, and analytics).
• Source profitable wholesale products from both UK suppliers and China (Alibaba, 1688, CJ Dropshipping, etc.).
• Ensure all products comply with UK trading standards, delivery expectations, and platform policies.
• Research trending and high-margin products for the UK market.
• Create and optimize listings with engaging titles, descriptions, and visuals to maximize conversions.
• Stay up to date with UK eBay and TikTok Shop policies, VAT rules, and shipping regulations.
• Build supplier relationships and negotiate the best prices and terms.
• Track sales and profitability, analyze data, and prepare weekly growth reports.
• Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and disputes professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing eBay UK and/or TikTok Shop UK accounts.
• Strong knowledge of UK eCommerce regulations, eBay policies, and marketplace best practices.
• Understanding of wholesale and white-label models (not dropshipping only).
• Ability to source and secure reliable suppliers within the UK and from China.
• Skilled in product research, trend analysis, and competitor evaluation.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with inventory management and listing tools.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop promotion tools, content coordination, and sales campaigns.
• Familiarity with data analytics, pricing strategies, and profit margin tracking.
• Prior experience scaling a store or managing multiple eCommerce channels.
