Ebook Front Sales Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Ebook Front Sales Officer with a proven track record in digital sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, converting leads into customers, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets ranging from $8,000 to $15,000. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling techniques, and experience in selling digital products such as ebooks, publishing services, or similar offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to ebook services.
• Convert leads into paying customers through calls, emails, and chat platforms.
• Present and sell ebook publishing, writing, and marketing services to clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets ($8K – $15K revenue).
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with prospects regularly.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Accurately record sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in front-end sales, preferably in ebook publishing or digital services.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets (minimum $8,000/month).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Experience working with international clients (US, UK, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
