EBook Front sales & Upsell Manager

Client Introduction:
A fast-growing digital publishing company specializing in eBook sales, focused on high-conversion outbound strategies and personalized upselling to maximize customer value.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eBook Project Manager with a strong understanding of hybrid sales workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of eBook projects while ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of eBook projects from initiation to delivery
  • Coordinate with writers, designers, editors, and sales teams
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure quality standards are met across all project stages
  • Handle client feedback, revisions, and final approvals
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Align project progress with business and sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in eBook or digital content production
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with hybrid sales or client-facing roles is a plus

Company Strength: 20+
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi
Working Timings: 8 pm-5 am - NIGHT SHIFT
Working Days: Monday - Friday
