Job Description:
The Ebook Front Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying prospective customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, deal negotiation, and product promotion, ensuring that sales targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential customers while maintaining regular communication with existing clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s revenue goals, including setting measurable targets and identifying new business opportunities.
• Present ebook products professionally, clearly demonstrating features, benefits, and value propositions while addressing customer queries.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and compliant for both parties.
• Track, review, and analyze sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend improvements for continuous growth.
• Provide insights and feedback to internal teams on product performance, customer needs, and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned sales strategies.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and customer service in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ebook sales or a related role
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to meet sales targets independently
• Comfortable working on a performance-based structure
• Strong understanding of major ebook platforms (Amazon Kindle, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, etc.)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Passion for books and a strong interest in industry trends and new releases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
