DescriptionConduct daily outbound calls to check the reliability of customers data after 3 monthly paid bills.
Ensure customer is fully aware of the account status.
Ensure smooth handover to the base management team.
Ensure the reliability of customers data.
Account Cleansing from unhealthy accounts & fake Activations.
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, understand their needs and provide
comprehensive solutions to meet these needsEnsure delivering an ultimate customer experience.
Act as a focal point between sales team & designated clients with regard to handover process form
sales acquisition to base management.
Send monthly report to the concerned stakeholders with the suspicious accounts and action
needed.
Create customer profile and update customer information.
Ensuring Company policy & procedures are being followed & correctly implemented.
Scripts, knowledge, reference sources meet customer expectations ensuring its compatibility with
Etisalat strategy.
Worked closely with quality Sr. Supervisor to provide analysis and reporting on current and
generated, reviewed and distributed weekly and monthly dashboard reports to Enterprise
management's team. QualificationsEssential

Education:
Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

Good in spoken & written English & Arabic language is required
