Job Title: Echo Technologist

Location: Meridian Hospital, Kolathur, Chennai.

Qualification: B.Sc. Cardiac Technology

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospital experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform echocardiography procedures to assess cardiac function and detect abnormalities.
• Operate and maintain echocardiography machines and related diagnostic equipment.
• Assist cardiologists and physicians in interpreting echocardiogram results.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of ultrasound images for effective diagnosis.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure their comfort and safety during scans.
• Maintain detailed patient records and prepare reports for medical review.
• Follow infection control protocols and hospital guidelines for safe procedures.
• Coordinate with nurses and other medical staff for patient care and follow-up.
